The Artist
Cecilia is a Registered Nurse and Permanent Makeup Artist specializing in permanent cosmetic and medical micropigmentation through her artistic skill sets and nursing attributes. She graduated from All Saints Academy high school in 2001 and then enrolled into Florida Southern College to pursue a degree in art. One year into her art degree she decided to switch majors and schools to work towards a degree in nursing, so she enrolled into Hillsborough Community College and graduated in 2006 with a A.A.S degree in nursing, there soon after she passed her state nursing boards and became a registered nurse. Cecilia decided to use her God giving artistic skills combined with her nursing skills to help people correct and enhance their appearance through micropigmentation. She received her permanent makeup and medical micropigmentation certifications through Jadore and Nouveau Contour. Cecilia specializes in the most natural looking micropigmentation techniques and is constantly striving for excellence in all of her services. She currently is certified and offers enhancements in microblading, microshading, hybrid/combo brows, permanent eyeliner, permanent lip color including ombre lips and lip liner, 3D areola restoration and corrections, hairline restoration, scar and stretch mark camouflaging, and permanent makeup removal.
Microblading, Microshading & Permanent Eyeliner
Microblading, also known by a variety of names such as microstroking, PhiBrows, 3D brows, feather brows and hair like strokes, is a form of permanent makeup that provides a means to partially or fully camouflage missing eyebrow hair with the appearance of what looks like hair using fine deposits of cosmetic tattoo pigments.
I now offer hybrid/combo brows, which is a technique combing microblading & microshading. Microshading is a technique creating a soft powdered or airbrushed look. The overall look of both is very natural. Results may last about 1-3 years; both techniques help the eyebrows look fuller and more dense!
The permanent eyeliner really creates beautiful definition to the eyes. I provide natural techniques of eyeliner in various pigment shades, like the lash enhancement line to winged liner (the cat eye) or whatever look the client wishes for the top, bottom or both eyelids.
